Adrienne W. Cadle, Ph.D.Vice President, Credentialing, Professional Testing, Inc.Dr. Cadle has worked in licensure and certification testing for over 20 years. Although her specializations include job analyses, computer-based testing, innovative item development, and accreditation, she performs a number of other psychometric activities for Professional Testing including facilitating passing score studies and other exam committee meetings, assembling and equating exam forms, conducting item analyses, and advising organizations on certification decisions. Dr. Cadle is currently managing several large-scale licensure and certification examination programs and assisting with many other projects. Dr. Cadle obtained her Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida, her Masters degree in Educational Measurement and Evaluation from the University of South Florida, and a Doctoral degree in Educational Measurement and Evaluation, with an emphasis on Psychometrics and I/O Psychology, from the University of South Florida. While at the University of South Florida, Dr. Cadle taught several semesters of an undergraduate test and measurement course and co-taught two graduate-level statistics courses. Dr. Cadle presents regularly at both the Association of Test Publishers (ATP) annual conference and the Council on Licensure, Enforcement, and Regulation (CLEAR) annual conference; and has previously presented at the National Council on Measurement in Education annual conference and the American Evaluation Association annual conference. She recently published a paper on Job Analysis in Library Quarterly, and has co-authored a chapter on Job Analysis in the Oxford Handbook of Assessment and Selection. After assisting several organizations in the accreditation process, Dr. Cadle is currently serving as a psychometric assessor for the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Personnel Certification Program based on the ISO/IEC 17024 Standard.
